Creative Weedeater 2 Beam

We recently fitted a Creative Engineering Weedeater 2 beam to Ru's 1960 westy.
First job was to remove and strip the old beam
Next we started work on the new beam - it's a much better product than the old Creative Weedeater
Leaf springs were marked and then narrowed

beam nearly ready to fit

50-67s Type 4

Dragged from a barn after sitting for 22 years, our type 4 is just about to hit the roads again. fairly early on we decided to leave it ratty and just make a few changes

Front end dumped, vinyl roof, retrimmed seats, big hi-fi and a nice set of rims - love it!

Tom's Sales Flap Bus

Here's Tom's sales flap bus which we built towards the end of last year. When Tom picked it up the weather was rubbish and we didn't get any good photos. Now the sun's out I thought I'd try again

When the bus arrived it didn't look too bad

..........but as with any old split the holes soon started to appear as we got stuck into the bodywork

we manufactured a sales flap based on Tom's needs

and then stuck it in the booth for prep and paint

and here it is, looking superb in it's new colours
